How to create an account

To register as a website user click on the 'create new account' link at the bottom left of the screen.

You will be asked for a username and an email address. Both of these must be unique and not already in use. The username is to identify you to other users of the website and the email address is used to send you alerts.

You will receive an email containing the password for use with your account. Once your account has been authorised by the website editor you will be able to login and share your own news, information, events, stories and opinions with other users.

Once logged in, you can follow the 'my account' link in the left menu and add other personal and work details, and allow others to contact you at the email address you have given.
