NASACRE (The National Association for the Standing Advisory Councils of Religious Education) are anxious to fill - in the next 3 weeks - vacancies that exist currently for faith representatives on the following SACREs in Yorkshire & Humberside and the North-East. The current vacancies to be filled are: Anyone who is interested - who can represent their faith community, is keen to be involved in their wider faith communities and has an interest in Religious Education in the maintained school should contact Marjorie Crombie Recruitment Officer for NASACRE on 01524 384384 ext 2235 or via 07747 057547. The North Kirklees Inter Faith Council has published a report "Beyond the Veil", research project into people’s perception of the Muslim Veil in Kirklees.
