27/10/2008 - 10:00am 27/10/2008 - 12:30pm Northern College, Barnsley The new Regional Citizenship Learning Alliance (RCLA) is holding its first meeting next week on Monday 27th at Northern College to seek contributions that will help shape the content and direction of the newly confirmed Take Part Pathfinder (TPP) for South Yorkshire.
